Comprehensive security operations
Our security personnel are responsible for maintaining access control, monitoring movements, protecting the premises and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Duties are customised to the specific requirements of each site and clearly defined in the post orders.
- Access & gate control: monitor and regulate the entry and exit of employees, visitors and vehicles as per authorised procedures.
- Visitor management: verify visitor details, maintain records, issue passes and provide escorts wherever required.
- Material movement control: verify inward and outward material movements against approved documents and gate passes.
- Perimeter & premises patrol: conduct scheduled patrols across the premises and maintain proper patrol records.
- Incident reporting: maintain accurate shift reports and promptly escalate important incidents to the designated client representative.
- Emergency response support: assist with fire, evacuation, first-aid and other emergency procedures in accordance with the site’s safety plan.
- Attendance maintenance: daily attendance of all deployed security personnel recorded and maintained for monitoring and verification.

Armed deployment is subject to licensing and availability. Give us as much notice as you can, a week is comfortable, a day is usually possible.
